In short, this stuff doesn't even come close.Disclaimer: I am not associated nor have been paid by any company for this review.1) Consistency: Liquid Grip is about the consistency of thin hand lotion, making it easy to spread on your hands; this Freek Grip Glue is as thin as water, so it spills and drips everywhere, and coats your hands very thinly. Winner: Liquid Grip2) Durability: I lift weights and do a Crossfit-type workout for about 60-80 minutes per day. Liquid Grip will last for about 30-40 minutes before I need to re-apply. This Freek stuff didn't even make it through the warm-up. Winner: Liquid Grip3) Grip/"Stickiness": The Liquid Grip definitely helps grip the bar, while this Freek Grip Glue almost feels a little bit slick on the bar. Winner: Liquid Grip4) Sweat repellent/Drying: Both did this fairly equally, at least until the started to wear off. Winner: Liquid Grip, but only because it's more durable (See Reason #2)5) Color: Liquid Grip is an ugly beige-ish color. Freek is a pretty light-blue color. Winner: Freek.Verdict: I considered giving the Freek one-star, but reconsidered because it is a usable product, not complete junk - it's just that there are much better products available. If the pretty color matters more than anything else, go with the Freek. But if function is important (of course it is), then buy the Liquid Grip.EDIT: Well, I tried to put 2-3 coats of this stuff onto my hands, since it's so watery, to see what happened. I also tried to do the same with Liquid Grip as a comparison. When put on too thick, the Liquid Grip gets kind of crackly and starts to flake-off a little bit. Not ideal but not the end of the world. This Freek Grip Glue, for some reason, basically turned into regular gym chalk and started puffing-up clouds of powder into the air. This probably isn't too bad unless you're at a gym that doesn't allow powdered gym chalk - it could get you kicked-out, and therefore would make this product completely worthless. Winner: Liquid Grip again, and I lowered the Freek to one-star, since in my mind, it now has no advantage over regular gym chalk, and it's WAY more expensive. ### ⭐ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2016* This stuff is awful very dusty and has no grip been lifting for years.
