I play goalie in hockey and wanted extra protection on the back side of my glove hand. Often you cover the puck only to have someone slash the top of your catching glove with their stick. Goalie gloves offer little padding for this. The Xprotex glove fits snug and allows me to wear it inside my goalie catch glove. The protection is great and does not get in the way.
