Review: Great Retro Look - This is the perfect sized undercounter microwave for our RV. The child lock feature is a plus, and we really like the retro look of this product. It's ideal for small meals, which works for the small area in our bus. it is not too noisy, and there are several power levels to choose from when warming up certain foods. It isn't too complicated to use, and it comes with a manual that helps you to set the time and power settings. We also enjoy the red color! I would recommend this unit, especially if you have limited counter space! The price was also a determining factor.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: why is so many people complainng its turning on by itself ..has this issue been fixed**
A: The microwave oven turned on and caught on fire on 12/30/2022 at 4 am…thank god for the smoke alarm…small damage to the kitchen but no one got hurt! You decide if you want to make the purchase!

**Q: Can you key in an exact time setting for cooking?**
A: The Galanz 0.7 cu ft. Retro microwave has a digital display for easy control of the oven. However, when setting time, the dial moves in 10 second intervals for the first 5 minutes, then 30 second intervals to 10 minutes, then 1 minute intervals to 30 minutes, and 5 minute intervals up to 95 minutes. If you need more precision, multistage cooking is available on this oven allowing up to 3 stages. If you are looking for cooking precision down to a 1 second interval, this may not be the oven for you. For additional questions, please contact Galanz Americas at customerservice@galanzamericas.com or 1-800-562-0738.
