Not sure but its def not salty tasting. Good stuff. Like a relish.

What is the difference between the "sauce" and the "relish" ? I saw a specific one that's for pasta. Seems to be a labeling difference only.

I have the sauce which is delicious. I do not have the relish. Frankly, the sauce seems to fit in the relish category. It is not a type of sauce that American usually think as sauce.

Arrived Broken

Frustrating. Discovered this in Ireland, it's delicious, got home, found and purchased on Amazon. Finally delivered, box way too big for product so it bounced around inside and broke, leaked, a mess. Amazon was great - refund then re-order. Fingers crossed for new delivery.

Tangy chutney

I recently saw conversations on the Internet regarding this product. I was intrigued and decided to order a jar and see what all the hype was about. To me this item has a very distinct flavor. This would be delicious on hamburgers, hotdogs, on crackers with a little slice of cheddar cheese, with shrimp. This could also be used in various different types of hors d'oeuvres. . I'm sure there are other possibilities. I'm so glad I ordered a jar, it's different and I love it!

In trying to embrace my Irish heritage, I bought this since it is made in Ireland. It is like a combination of ketchup, chili sauce and jam. Chunky texture with a savory tang. It is delicious on anything you'd use ketchup on. I will keep this stocked in my pantry.
