I cook in a very hot gas stove. Moving arms above pots can be very hot. Having a cooking jacket sprayers won't but. You. Oven gates won't burn you, I like it because my clothes stay clean. I use a chefs hat also. Has great thickness and non flammable makes it better. Love the buttons, they don't come undone. Has thermometer pocket and front Pocket. I use it every day.

hate when your clothes smell like what you just cooked. This is the answer. To bulky for hot summer days but every other time......Thumbs up.

Purchased this for my husband who typically wears a 3x and has a long-ish torso. The material and structure feels sturdy. It's much too nice for just a costume and I think it would be good quality for work. The upper arm sleeves/shoulders were just a touch snug.

Bought this for a costume party, but I actually would've worn this back when I was a line cook. It's hot as chef's coats are but feels well made for being the cheapest thing I could find
