Slime 10004 Dirt Bike Tube Puncture Repair Sealant – A Must-Have for the Tubliss System!
I’ve been using the Slime 10004 Dirt Bike Tube Puncture Repair Sealant on my KTM EXC 450 with the Tubliss System, and I have to say, this product has exceeded my expectations! Whether I’m riding on the street or tackling the roughest single track, including challenging river crossings, this sealant has kept my tires sealed to the rims and provided peace of mind. Reliability and Performance: The real test for any sealant is how well it holds up during extreme conditions, and Slime performs flawlessly. On both pavement and technical off-road trails, I’ve never had issues with losing air pressure. Even after hitting sharp rocks and navigating through muddy, rocky river crossings, my tires have remained perfectly sealed, and I haven’t had to worry about flats. Tubliss System Compatibility: Using this with the Tubliss System on my KTM EXC 450 has been a game-changer. It complements the Tubliss setup perfectly, keeping both the high-pressure and low-pressure sides properly inflated. The sealant flows into the inner tube, filling small punctures almost instantly, preventing air loss during those long, rough rides. Ease of Use: Adding the Slime sealant to the tires was simple, and the product works quickly to seal any small punctures or leaks. The bottle is easy to handle, and you don’t need any special equipment to get it into the tire. I’ve had to use it a few times during my rides for minor punctures, and the results are always quick and reliable. Overall: If you ride a dirt bike, especially one with the Tubliss System, the Slime 10004 Dirt Bike Tube Puncture Repair Sealant is a must-have. It provides excellent protection against flats, keeps your tires sealed under tough conditions, and saves you from the hassle of constantly checking air pressure or dealing with tire issues. I highly recommend it for anyone who rides in rough, unpredictable conditions. It’s definitely earned its place in my gear bag!

Works as advertized
I will speak from a history of using this for flat tires on a car. This is also sold as a kit with a portable compressor, that you plug into a cigarette lighter. If you have a portable compressor, and a bottle of this green slime, you can fix a flat tire in 10 minutes (if its just a minor issue, such as a nail you ran over or some other slow leak). Obviously for major tire damage this is not going to fix it. If you do not have a way to re-inflate your tire, this green slime will be usesless, so get the kit that comes with a portable compressor, or buy one separately to keep in your car. I have used this slime + a compressor 3 times over the years to fix flats - and believe me.... this is way easier than dragging your spare out of the trunk and changing a tire. You take the cap off the green slime, use it to remove the core from the valve stem on the wheel (the little brass pin inside the valve stem, that pushes in to open the air valve on the tire). This is VERY easy to take out so don't be intimidated, it takes about 10 seconds, a few turns and its out. Carefully put the valve core aside as you will need to put it back in shortly. Taking out the valve core will let all the air out of the tire if any is any remaining. Then you take the small hose attached to the bottle of slime, push it onto the valve stem, and squeeze the entire bottle into the tire. Then you screw the valve core back in, attach an air compressor, and the tire will re-inflate and you are good to go. You need to drive around a bit right after you re-inflate the tire, so the slime properly settles within the tire. Every time I have used this for flat tires, it not only fixed the tire at the roadside, but the fix was permanant and I did not even need to get a new tire or get it repaired. All three tires I have used this for, lasted out their useful life after the repair. Anyway, based on my experience I highly recommend you have this and a portable compressor in your trunk at all times. Two bottles would be better, in case you ever end up with more than one flat. One never knows. Trust me, the first time you actually get a flat you will be SOOO glad you have this.

Finally an easy fix for a leaky dolly tire
Used on a dolly tire that would never hold air. Followed instruction and worked like a charm. I have not had to add air in over six months.

Works Great, but the Stem Removal Tool is Garbage
I’ve used Slime products for years, and the sealant itself is great ,it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Once in the tube, it seals up small punctures quickly, and it’s saved me from being stranded more than once. For that, it earns a solid four stars. Now for the gripe ,the stem removal tool that comes with the bottle is laughably bad. It’s just a thin plastic cap with two small notches that are supposed to grip the valve core. In reality, it either slips right off, barely engages, or strips the edges of the valve. On my first try, I couldn’t get enough torque to even loosen the stem, and the tool flexed like it was about to snap in half. I eventually had to dig out my separate metal valve core remover to finish the job. If you’re buying this, I strongly recommend having a proper metal valve tool on hand, because the included one is more of a decoration than a functional part of the kit. The sealant is worth it , just don’t expect the stem remover to actually help you.

This thing works and saved money and time.
This is my third time buying this item. The first time, it did not work due to the damage to the tire is too big. The second time I used the full bobble to fix several small holes in the 20x4 tire, and worked. This time, I used half of the bottle to fix a couple of small holes in the 20x4 tire, it worked!

Slime good, but applicator defective
The pump to put in the gallon jug container... To pump the slime into the tires, leaked out all over the place. The slime was ooozing out the black pump area. I couldn't call Amazon customer service, because the part to enter in the phone number Did NOT work! SO frustrating. Luckily they let me do refund, but they have no idea how messy it all is!!! The pump is defective. Or the one that came with our jug... Was defective. The slime works great, so If you have some other way to fill the tires... The Gallon jug container is nice.

Unless I'm missing something...and I was...
EDIT: so I had to read the instructions online because what's on the bottle is useless. For an 8-oz bottle it does not have enough space to have directions with a picture that mean anything. When I found them online I learned something new. I didn't know that a basic tube for a bicycle had a valve core. In the 30 some odd years that I have been fixing bikes I have never known this. It would be nice if this was emphasized on the packaging rather than showing a generic twist and turn with a couple of arrows that pretty much don't show what you're taking out of the tire. It would have saved me a whole lot of trouble. Upped the review to five stars because it literally does work almost instantly and I had no trouble getting home after only a few minutes of spinning the tire and letting it sit. Really is quite an awesome formula and I don't know why I didn't know about this earlier. Completely useless. Unless I'm missing something and they're supposed to be more to the so-called "tool"other than it being just a cap, then it is useless. For one if it's supposed to be a tool then why is it sealed off at one end? How is the slime supposed to pass through? Can't just use the tube because there's no pressure on the valve to let air through. And if these are made for only valve stem tubes, it should be specifically listed on the product description and on the bottle. Now that I actually need to use it I can't. So I have to walk a mile and a half with my bike in hand, all the way to my job. Thank you for probably being one of the most undependable pieces of equipment I have bought for my bike. I am genuinely ticked off.

Buen producto si me funcionó

Parfait !
