the positive reviews are accurate . this flatware set has a heft and weight to it that speaks definitively of its quality and durability . they feel nice to the touch. in person ,they look amazing . as soon as they are thoroughly washed and sanitized , they will definitely be put to use. fairly priced . for the enthusiast connoisseur , the quality and durability is akin to herdmar and RH. of which i have owned flatware sets from both . the original black and matte gold flatware by opal house from Jungalow set appears to be sold out and is not looking like it will be restocked . so , i finally gave in and got these. worth it .

I really love my new silver(gold)ware! I had no idea what to expect and was so happy with my order that I ordered a second set. 1. Super sturdy- almost on the heavy side 2. Sleek look and feel 3. Easy to hand wash (don’t have a washing machine) 4. Gold and white all in one piece vs. two separate pieces welded together. 5. The matte gold is exactly what I had hoped for. 6. Delivery was quick and properly packed up Cons? If anything, I wish the smaller spoon was slightly smaller, or there was smaller option and matching unltensils were available to purchase. I looked but can’t find any. It would be nice to expand on this set.

They are beautiful but definitely don't stand up in the dishwasher, after about a year the black has flaked pretty badly and they are unusable

I was surprised when I opened the package. This flatware is simply beautiful. Each piece is made with quality. They look so expensive, my guest will think I'm rich.

These are much nicer than I expected. They are sturdy, don’t look cheap and are beautiful! I’m super excited to use them. I can’t speak to their durability yet as I haven’t used them, but will be updating.

These are better than expected. Not flimsy at all, with perfect weight. Love the variety of fork and spoon sizes. Well thought of and awesome design. Highly recommend.
