I had purchased two compression sleeves at a local retail store that specialized in this type of product and paid $75 each sleeve. Both "ran" within months - I can still wear them but only under long sleeves. I decided to try this product - was afraid it would be cheap because of the price. I couldn't be more wrong. It is a beautiful sleeve and wears very well. It provides good compression. Only thing is - you have to go up a size after you measure. I measured at the medium, but could not get it on; too tight. I am wearing a large and it fits very well.
