Liquid Ionic Potassium Citrate | Electrolyte for Heart & Muscle Support

Great product! I have to take vitamins and minerals every day or I get muscle cramps and spasms. This was the best liquid potassium I could find as a stand alone product.

I have Restless Leg Syndrome. It's become much worse in the last few years. I found a vitamin and mineral regimen that works for me and it includes potassium. I tried filling the amount of potassium by eating foods that were rich in potassium. I soon learned I could never eat that amount of food every day. I purchased some tablets and took them. But again to reach my potassium goal each day I was taking 10-12 a day! During this time I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It is a condition that causes your stomach to not process and digest the food you eat. It also causes frequent and sometimes severe nausea, making swallowing anything was a high issue. I realized that I was most likely not getting the right benefit from any tablet or capsule I swallowed. So my search began for ways to take all the vitamins, supplements and even some of my prescription medications in a form that would deliver what I needed mostly digested when it reached my stomach. So I turned to chewables, under-the-tongue dissolvables, gummies and liquids. When I found Zemvelo liquid Potassium, I was so elated at the thought that I could rid myself of swallowing 10-12 pills. I wasn't certain how much I needed to take so I started with 1 cap full, 2 times daily. And it worked! I’m able to take less product, and obtain better results. I will be using this now... and no more pills!

I am not an athlete. I just felt so exhausted and felt that every movement was strained. I like to stay busy but I could tell my body was low in something. I decided to try taking potassium to see if it would help with the exhaustion but I wanted something that would absorb quickly because my husband was throwing me a retirement party and I just wanted to feel like myself during the party, you know play with my grandchildren in the pool. This product saved me from feeling sluggish during this event. I feel like myself again!! I'm not an athlete but now I can be if I decide to, Lol. It was amazing because only a few hours after taking 1/2 teaspoon I immediately felt the exhaustion leave. Definitely going to keep this product on hand.

I really think the liquid form potassium is helping me more than the tablets. It's also at a good price. I really think it's a better buy.

This made my stomach hurt anytime I took it so I don’t know if it helped at all since I couldn’t handle taking it.

I take for a number of reasons including leg cramps. Has really helped! Liquid supplements is the only way to go!

Unlike the capsules I have been getting, this liquid really does relieve the muscle cramps and, with each passing day, the frequency is also much less.
