For what it is, it gets 5 stars. It fits like a glove. It was easy to put on, feels sturdy, and looks great. My only minor complaint is the power button doesn't feel that great to press. The Spigen case I used to use had an easier to press power button. I also wish this case had a kickstand at the bottom with enough room in the middle to install a Magsafe ring above. Either way, great case!

I bought this case after shelling out almost ten times its cost to get my cracked screen repaired overnight (as opposed to cheaper options that required me to surrender my phone for days or weeks, or significantly more expensive options to "upgrade" my phone for a more recently manufactured model with essentially the same features). My goal is to keep the current phone useful for another couple of years, by which time even the lowest-end current phones will be head-and-shoulders more powerful than what I have now. For a small fraction of the screen repair cost, this protective case is an important means for achieving my goal: cheap insurance against the next time my phone drops to ground. It fit my Galaxy S8 like a snug glove, seems solid and sturdy, yet does not add too much bulk to the phone. The only improvements I would suggest would be either a built-in kick-stand or a belt/pocket clip; slightly more rounded edges, which would help when one must hold it for extended periods; and perhaps a non-slip back-surface texture. But even as it is, this case seems well worth what I paid. I just received it, of course: We'll see how it does over the long haul.

Good fit, side buttons seem to be positioned well for operation. Can't believe I've had this phone this long, it outlasted the Otter Box case which eventually fell apart.
