Review: Book arrived in great condition, too bad it's a terrible book. - Maybe it's because my instructor is starting halfway through the book and working backwards, but this text is terrible. It's formatting is unclear, the explanations and demonstrations are poor at best, and I've had to go back to my other textbook, Calculus Early Transcendentals by Briggs, Cochran, and Gillette to actually learn the material. Even the instructor admits that it's a terrible textbook, points out errors all over the place, and actually pulls out other textbooks when he needs to make sure he's doing formulas correctly. Worst part about the class is that the book comes with these digital "VU Graphs" that the instructor uses in place of his own PowerPoint, and they're just slides of the textbook. 10/10 would not recommend this book--but if you have to buy it, you have my condolences.

Great book, awful packaging!
The book content is as great as expected, but it came severely damaged.

Absolutely horrible! The formatting in this book is a nightmare to follow.
