assuming that the waist measurement is about 30-31", we would recommend a size 10 for a tighter fit, and size 12 for a loser fit

A: I’m 5’4 with short legs. The 7/8 means they are shorter. They come to my ankles perfectly. I would think for someone more “average” they’d be a capri length.
