Excellent quality vegetarian flaxseed oil, not in a big bulky bottle, but in an easy to open pouch.

Good for price, some tablets were empty/leaking
Most of the tablets were fine, though a few were leaking/empty making the packet very sticky. No taste which is good, and didn’t upset my stomach like non-vegan omega 3. No smell either, and easy to swallow.
