Used it to replace the shattered screen on a Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse (SM-J327V). Screen worked perfectly after the swap and kit came with everything needed - both tools and adhesive. Biggest deficiencies/challenges were 1)no instructions (went on YouTube to get an idea of what to do) and 2)the adhesive is in the form of a template that fits just inside of the phone frame and is very difficult to correctly position. Otherwise, the replacement process was surprisingly straight-forward/simple - took @ an hour to complete the entire task (of note...this replacement screen does not come with the SAMSUNG branding on the top). It's been @ two weeks since the swap out - the phone looks brand new and works as designed. Instructions would be a bonus for novices. Not for beginners or faint-hearted.Original equipment Samsung display's glass is much tougher than previous non-OEM kits. The die-cut seal sandwiched between green plastic sheets affords much better application than other kits with tape strips.I wish I had the acrylic display protector in the other kits. Careful, the protector sticks permanently and may not be aligned after application. TIP: Peel back half the protector backing, align exposed end and stick down then peel away the backing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works great, small problem *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2021* screen works fine, looks like the original. I was very happy to see it turn on when I attached the connector. I have 2 complaints though. one, when I touch the screen just a bit harder than usual, it makes this black digital smudge, it goes away instantly though. Also, where the original screen says samsung at the top, this has that except it's marked over so it's a black rectangle. no problem for me though, I don't care enough and I also have a case that goes over the mark, so I don't ever see it. Other than that, it worked great, very happy that I fixed my $100 phone, the job was quite tedious.
