Service about and beyond the call of duty! *by B***R on 19 July 2019* I am a Québec City tour guide. I orderred 6 MTG-200 receivers and 1 MTG-200 transmitter. The product had not been reviewed but I took a chance on it because I assumed it was a newer, improved, version of the MTG-100, which had positive reviews (MTG-100 has an LCD (frequency/volume display that is easier to read in sunshine).The product arrived as advertised: simple plastic cases (not flimsy though), nice simple ribbon necklace, as well as a pocket clip. Everything has worked perfectly over the last year and customers rave about the sound quality. The after sale service is fantastic! I wrote to the Seller to mention that the ear buds fell appart almost instantaneous (most every kind I've ever tried do that) and about 5 minutes later I got an email saying replacement buds were on their way. Since then I have bought 6 more units and one spare transmitter, just in case.
