I am 75 years old, and safety is worth a lot to me. At my house, I just completed a large storage building with some high shelving. This rolling stairs cost a fortune (at least on my budget), and I had intended to get a much cheaper version. After giving it much thought, however, I decided to spend the extra money for this product under the theory that it just seemed a lot safer and more comfortable to use. If I had gotten a less safe stairway and had an accident at my age, I would have felt pretty foolish. Now that I have used it for awhile, I love this product.

Rolling Ladder fit perfectly into our processing system giving safe access to the upper level while allowing the convenience of being able to move it if needed for Forklift access.

Although I could not find Structural damage to the product it was apparent the product had been poorly handled in transit, strapped to a very broken skid, which had to be rebuilt to return the product. The steps were stained, and I was unsuccessful, trying to remove the stain, although the steps appear to be very substantial and well built, they are totally unsuitable for the location they were intended without modification

This is my 4 units, work as expected. Just be careful to check carefully on the leg when they deliver. Once the leg was twisted and cracked when try to untwist. Cost $120 to get Craigslist's welder to fix it onsite.

The last one was tricky to get together, this one was so bent out of shape it required industrial grade straightening. Picture of the top "platform" shows how bad it was, bottom locking mechanism out of shape too. Packaging looked intact but hard to tell with something just foil wrapped.
