Is this stainless steel?

No, kindly please be advised they are made of alloy.

It says alloy...kind of feels like a paper clip

Anyone have a reaction to these ? From nickel or ear turning green?

No green! Although my ears did get a little irritated after wearing a pair of studs from this set for several days without taking them out. I usually try not to sleep in my earrings because my ears are a bit sensitive.
