Rambaan medicine for gas, bloating stomach

I have been taking this chooranum from one month. I reduced 1 kg.gastic issues, acid reflux almost gone. But best way to take this chooranum is chew with your first bite of meal(every time when you take your meal). Do not take with water. If you will take with water like other chooranum(triphala) it wont work.
