Easy to use, great size, controls are easy to follow and having the digital screen means you can be exact with your timings. Lovely colour green.

This trusty microwave, bought almost two years ago, has served me well and even followed me through a move. It has a nice finish, is easy to use and has been reliable overall. Removing one star, however, because the internal clock runs fast and needs to be readjusted every week or so.

Reallyhappy with this. It’s a lovely colour and has been working well since it’s been purchased. Not a bad price either and straightforward to use. Has plenty of features. Would definitely recommend. **Additional feedback just short of 2 year anniversary - the microwave just stopped heating food and it looked like the heating element was no longer functioning. Unfortunately there was only a 12 month guarantee on the product so Russell Hobbs were unable to assist. However I had a very positive and helpful experience from Amazon. I actually really liked this product and I’m hoping it isn’t a common failure of this particular model as I re ordered the exact same one.

Product useless as timer has a mind of its own. I had thought that Russell Hobbs was a reliable brand. I now know otherwise.

Works really well and the dial is easy to use, you're not spinning it for ages to add more time because after it reaches 10+ minutes it will only go up in whole minutes so it's easier. There is a tiny red light indicator for the current mode, which is handy except for when it's empty and shows a bright red clock symbol next to the time. I cut a tiny disc of black electrical tape and covered the clock symbol up and it looks much better. It only has a 24 hour clock. The only thing I miss from my previous microwave was a timer, this doesn't have one. It's quite small too, will only fit a big dinner plate if it goes in a bit sideways first, so make sure you measure before buying.

It’s very disappointing, the microwave is defected, it doesn’t heat. And the only way to return it is if we ship it back ourselves. Very inconvenient
