Must-have after giving birth. Made my life much easier. I bought the S/M size which matches my size before getting pregnant. It absorbs very well especially while sleeping and changing sleeping positions. U won’t stain your clothes with blood in any way since there will be no leakage. Hint: (optional) by mistake my midwife added one FAM relax maternity pad to the always underwear and it worked fine for me. It’s a fair combination if needed in the first days but the underwear itself is amazing and u don’t need extra stuff to add for absorption.

I wish it's clearly stated in the front of the packaging that it's scented. The scent is very strong.

I bought these Always Discreet underwear for my daughter because she has very heavy periods, and they have been a huge help.
