Every SHARE SUNSHINE product is covered under our 12-month Warranty for quality issue. 1. Prepare an AA battery→ to open the battery cover at the bottom of the mouse→put in the battery. (Pay attention to the correct placement of the positive and negative electrodes.) 2. At the same time, you can see the USB receiver near the battery slot →take out the receiver 3. open the bottom ON/OFF switch 4. Plug the receiver into your computer→ The mouse can be used normally. *If there is no connection, re-install the battery and repeat this step please note: In order to save power and protect the environment, most wireless mice have a sleep function.
