HP-80 HP-60 Air Pump Rebuild Complete Kit Replacement for Hiblow HP 80/HP 60, including the diaphragm, filter, and screws.

This kit worked perfectly with my Aqua Aire 500 compressor. I just followed the steps for any of the several videos on YouTube. This rebuild kit came with a replacement safety pin (screw). Fortunately my AA500 is newer model that uses a safety slide switch instead. I just slid the switch back into place after replacing the diaphragms and all worked great when powered back on. I was able to get over 4.5 years from the original diaphragms that came with my Aqua Aire. Hopefully these diaphragms last as long as the original. I will provide more feedback if these fail anytime soon. UPDATE: These worked 18 months before failing. That’s pretty typical for Texas where the heat can impact the life of these diaphragms. I ordered another set and rebuilt the aerator in 10 minutes. I wish these would have lasted as long as the OEM diaphragms, but this is still a cost effective replacement. A DIY rebuild can save more than a few hundred dollars versus having the septic crew to replace the aerator.

We bought this when our aeration system's pump stopped working. A professional honey dipper told us we could buy a brand new pump (somewhere between $400 and $500), or we could try a $30 rebuilding kit. I'm glad he suggested that, and I'm glad we bought this! It took about half an hour to rebuild it and it saved us a ton of money. It's been running constantly for 6 months and no issues. I'd definitely recommend this kit!

Order process easy. Received item as promised and it was exactly what I needed.

Does not work on Clearstream CS130ET6. The diaphragm housings are different. I pulled the diaphragm out to install in old housing and they are too think. It has a different Clearstream 130 listed so I took a shot since there aren’t any on Amazon specifically listed for the ET6.

These fit just fine but only seem to last about 6 months so not sure if it is a product quality issue but I was told these are basically what everyone uses so.

This product works great and is quite easy to install. I took my time including cleaning things up and the pump runs like brand new. This product will save you hundreds of dollars over purchasing a new pump! Thank You.
