My grandson has downs syndrome and will not drink out of anything but comotomo bottles with these nipples, not the sippy ones, since he was born. He is 3 1/2. The problem now is he has a mouth full of teeth so he chews holes in the nipples. I buy 8 -16 a month but that's not the fault of the nipples. We still use the original bottles and wash all in dishwasher. We tried at least 15 other kinds of bottles and nipples. So glad we discovered these.
