We own both this and the Cozy Earth sheets, and we love both equally. This one is a bit more thicker, wrinkle free and durable. It feels like Satin. One minor nit is the pillow sheets tend to slip off the pillows often because of how smooth they are (both the tempur pedic pillows and the sheex pillow sheets are very smooth, so very little friction holding it in place).Cozy Earth is thinner, lighter and definitely more airy, and does NOT slip off the pillows...but they get very wrinkly.I'm a hot sleeper, but I will say both keep me cool.
