Not what I expected

It’s extremely soft, not what I wanted, and I feel like I sink into the middle when I lay in the same spot for too long

Sponge like feel no support

Ordered firm mattress and got a soft sponge like item. No support just caves in to the middle. Was replacing a 40+ year old Montgomery Ward mattress that was high end back in the day for the cabin. Wish I still had the old mattress. How does one return a mattress in a box? It's fully expanded and in the middle of nowhere. Does ups have off road pickup? Gonna need tracks now to get there. Waste of money probably going to have to burn it.
