This is my favorite heat protectant spray. It conditions my hair, it smells wonderful, lives in my hair and excellent condition controls the frizz and it's moisturizing. My hair remains soft all day long. I have purchased this several times. It's worth the money.

Amazing!! By far the best product on the market. I found this by accident. I actually was looking for “something” else which I discovered was discontinued and came across this AMAZING product. Game changer!! It goes on oily. Hence the name of the product, it’s heat activated. My hair is soft,shiny and omfg!!! I’m in love with this product!! Definitely 10⭐️ rating

bought this heat protectant spray and I’m really impressed. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and lightweight. I used it before straightening my hair, and I noticed much less damage compared to other products. It smells great and doesn’t leave my hair greasy or sticky. Definitely recommend it if you use heat tools like a flat iron or blow dryer!

Love this stuff! It works and keeps my hair looking silky and shiny. The smell is ok. The only thing i don’t like about it is how it gets all over my floor after spraying. The consistency is thick so i always have to wipe up the floor after spraying and flat ironing my hair.

Spray quality

I am so impressed by this spray. My hair normally tends to frizz and freak out when I'm outside in the slightest bit of humidity, dry air, or really just at any time, because I've been cursed with the worst hair ever. No really. No one ever in my life has complimented my hair. That's just how it is. Well, I don't go to salons, which is due to bad experiences in my life, so I don't know about the latest and greatest products out there. I have used other heat tamers out there, but they tend to leave my hair feeling weird, and they never hold up in any type of weather. I decided to research and see if there was anything out there to help when I use heat on my hair, because once I turned 50, my hair started to fall out or break whenever I dared to try to make it look nice, despite other heat protector products I have tried. After hours of research, I decided to try this out and ordered it. After it arrived, my first experiment was trying it out with blow drying my hair. Normally after I dry my hair it is straw like and frizzy. After one try with this spray, it was silky and shiny. I didn't have to do more to it. I was done. So weird. But, I was feeling greedy, so I broke out the flat iron, sprayed some more on my hair, and well, it came out too straight and thin looking. So, note to self: I no longer need to use a flat iron or it will get too flat. So the next time I dried my hair, I used it again and decided that was it. I was done. My hair lasted through my sleeping on it and into the next day, even going outside in the heat and humidity! Normally it gets curly after I sleep on it (not nice curls), but no, it stayed straight, smooth, and shiny. I just needed to brush it and I was good to go. Now that is just plain cool. And guess what? My husband complimented my hair. =) I'm not sure yet how it does with a waver. That will be my next experiment and I will update this review after. 8/14/2017 Update: So I tried it with a waver, and my hair wouldn't keep the curls. I tried using a heat protector hair spray by Paul Mitchell to see if it would hold the curl, but it still didn't and then I lost that shiny silky feeling this product gave my hair. I don't normally use a waver, and I doubt I will use it again. It was an old one I had laying around that I used once a long time ago. I am so happy with having my hair looking healthy and straight with Beyond the Zone and just a dryer, I'll just keep it that way for now. 12/12/2017 Update: I found another purpose for this spray: I often like to braid my hair one day, after a shower while it is wet, and then wear it loose and wavy the next day. I recently started spraying this spray onto my wet hair, before braiding. What I have discovered the next day, after taking down the braids to wear my hair loose, is that it makes my hair appear thicker and keeps the frizz down. So this spray is not only good for the heat, but also for letting your hair air dry. Pretty cool. I do have one concern in regards to this spray, maybe more like an afterthought: I wonder if it is safe to breathe in? I try real hard not to, because I have asthma, but this spray is so very light as a mist it is hard to avoid.

I adore the smell, it's like a vanilla citrus? It doesn't linger that long, but no one wants straight chemical smell so close to your face. It also does protect the hair quite well and makes your hair feel as if you've left conditioner in it. It also doubles as a wonderful spray for wigs, and will detangle the crunchiest of them.

The best heat protection spray I have found (and believe me I have spent a fortune trying many all the best) since my all time favourite became obsolete, shame it’s so expensive (in my opinion) but smells great and does a good job£ job.
