A: We recommend the deep sleep pillow spray for children aged 3+. We do offer the baby sleep pillow spray and sleep together calming spray for use with younger children and babies from 6 months old.

**Q: Can this spray be used on a silk pillow case?**
A: Yes this can be used on a silk pillow case. We would recommend spraying from a distance. The spray dispenses a fine mist which shouldn't mark or stain.

**Q: Is the smell overpowering?**
A: The deep sleep pillow spray fragrance is not overpowering. However, we advise spraying the pillow spray a few minutes before you get into bed to allow the fragrance to settle as this will make the smell more subtle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn’t have high hopes but this will be a staple now

Okay, so I didn’t like the smell of this when I opened it and neither did my fiancé. I bought it for him because his insomnia has been getting even worse and he had been sleeping like 3 hours a night for a week. I didn’t want to get him any pills to start- if you’ve ever had a loved one on Ambien you’ll know why. Sprayed it on both our pillows anyway, and what can I say? It works. The first night we used it, I felt so much more rested than normal and he slept 7 hours! The next night, the smell was actually really nice (brain switching to like it?) and he slept 9.5 hours with no alarm!! All the years together, I’ve never known him to get more than 6-6.5 hours of sleep EVER, even when he’s less stressed than he is now. I think we’ve found a winner. Some reviews mention the price being a lot, but anything that helps break a streak of insomnia is worth it. You can make your own mix using essential oils of the key ingredients, alcohol and water, but I don’t know if it works as well. May try it, but for now this is fantastic. There’s plenty for the price. The bottle is probably smaller than other products, but you only need two sprays per pillow if you hold it away like hairspray. I’m sure it’ll make it at least a month which is worth it to us. I don’t know if it’ll work for everyone, but even placebos can be powerful if you believe they’ll work. I don’t care if essential oil stuff is placebo or actually does something to the brain, the result is real this time and we’ll take it.
