**Q: Could it clean at dishwasher machine?**
A: It’s dishwasher safe, but dishwashing detergent varies and can wear the product prematurely.

**Q: Is this supposed to be concave in the middle? The one I received bows downward in the middle, as if if too much weight was stacked on it.**
A: No, I don't think it's supposed to bow at all...especially if new.
