THIS IS THE ONE!! I’ve been making my own chai concentrate bi weekly for almost a year now. I usually buy another brand of chai but this one was on sale so I figured I’d try it. When I tell you this is the most well spiced, rich yet nuanced, perfectly balanced loose chai I’ve tried (and while I usually purchase a specific brand, I’ve tried MANY!), it is probably an understatement. The flavors come through so beautifully, there’s no bitterness — just perfection. If you were on the fence, don’t be. Couldn’t love this tea more. Get it! Actually buy two, you’ll be glad you did!

I wasn't sure if I would like this tea or not, but decided I could always just tweak it if not. Happy to say this chai is perfection! No spice is overwhelming above the others. This blend just creates happiness in a cup for me and my palate. I already will be placing another order

I like how this Chai tea has a robust flavor with a creamy texture. Each of the tea bags contains about one teaspoon of loose tea and I like to boil my water 100°C (212°F) first then pour it over the tea bag into my cup that holds 250 ml (8 oz roughly) and let it steep for about 5 minutes. This is my personal recommended time based on trial and error - with my goal being to extract the full range of flavors without any bitterness. Next let it cool then enjoy. If you like your tea sweet feel free to mix in some sugar, honey or sugar substitute packet. I personally don't need either to enjoy this tea but, I have others that I live with that find that one or two packets of Splenda keep it sweet without ruining the flavor.

These tea bags were exceptional. Loved the convenient resealable bag plus the size of the tea bags. The taste of the chai was good. Definite repurchase.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this product to prevent them from wasting their money. Contrary to the description, this is not "loose leaf tea." It is a fine dust of crushed tea leaves. As a frequent chai drinker who has purchased from many vendors, I have never encountered this issue. The particles are so minute that they pass through even my finest-mesh tea strainer, resulting in an unpleasantly gritty cup. This product is not as advertised. I request a refund or a replacement with the actual loose leaf tea I ordered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought this to replace another loose leaf chai that I can’t find anymore. As you can see in the video, there may be a reason it’s called “loose tea” rather than “loose leaf tea.” There are no visible leaves. The texture is a coarse powder. The scent is classic chai. The taste is classic chai, but not very spicy. Also not as rich as the last brand. However, I use this to make chai tea latte concentrate for my teen daughters, and it seems to satisfy them just fine. When I need more for my own hot chai that does not need to be in bulk, I’ll be pickier.

The flavour is great! It has a nice chai flavour without being too sharp. It’s now one of my favourites.

It is very mild tea. If you are used to Tim Hortons chai tea, you will be disappointed. It is not a bad tea. It is for someone prefers mildly spiced chai tea.

Flavour is too mild

Very little tea in one bag, it’s good tea, I just need to use 2 bags in a mug for it to be strong enough, also at times the tea bags rip and I have to strain the tea.
