I was shocked to find 2lbs of vermicelli noodles for the price online. I was even more surprised after cooking the noodles in my favorite recipe that they were of such good quality and taste. I'll be purchasing my noodles from here going forward instead of going to the market!

I absolutely love these rice noodles! They are very thin, just the way I like them. Cook up super fast. Delicious !! Highly recommend.

Good. It’s just so much in pack.

I got so much in the pack. Way more than I get when I've ordered other rice noodles. So they are a great deal. They taste well enough but they are a bit thick for me. I think I will use them as a substitute for spaghetti since I can't eat gluten it will work well. Too thick for my ramen tho.

Other customers guided me in preparing these by soaking them in boiling water. Thank you all! My first attempt wasn't great, they were still too chewy. I think it is cold in my house and the uncovered metal pan I soaked them in lost heat too quickly. Next time I put them in the pot in my thermal cooker, poured in boiling water from my kettle, closed it, soaked them three minutes, opened and stirred, closed again and in three more minutes they were perfect! I was delighted. And I very much like that these are only rice and water, no preservatives, no high sodium, nothing unhealthy. Thank you!

Love these noodles! Great for pasta dishes & our favorite is a lettuce salad with all the fixings, noodles & chicken or shrimp. Nummy!
