Fast shipping. Packaged nicely. Item built of durable material. Only fault is one of the end caps was broken but I can live with that as its going to be in speaker hole or sub hole anyway and NOT visible. My only gripe is that it could of been a little longer so my main speaker would be higher. I can hear the complaints already about music too loud when used in smaller venues where ppl may be closer to my speaker setup. BUT not having to lift my speaker higher is a plus for my back so I can also live with that...have yet to actually use so not sure if my larger speakers will lean on pole.
