Ice pack works well after being in the freezer. But it is not made for all people. Strap doesn’t do up round my dad. Would have been helpful to have size on it to make sure

I love this lower back gel ice pack. It works amazing in microwave and in freezer. The shape is perfect and fit so great, even on my tailbone. Gives the right amount of heat or cold needed. Velcro is sturdy and comfortable.

Pretty good!
Life saver for before and after back surgery! I can use ice or heat when needed. I would suggest making the insert thicker as it leaks if you sit on it too long. I had to order another to replace one of them.

Great product!
Got one for a back post-op. Great product! Gel packs freeze in 1-2 hours and are still soft enough to be comfortable. The back wrap is more efficient and covers more area than just sticking an ice back in the back of your pants and hoping it stays.
