I imagine they would be too short to fit, also they pop apart pretty easily so they might fall out.

Will these work for a septum piercing?

No it’s super cheap and sucks not worth the money

Would it also be good for the ear lobe? Need something for my ears and lip.

It worked for mine! I had to switch out all of my earrings for surgery and this worked for lobe and cartilage.

Are these comfortable to wear to sleep? Do they break easily?

I didn’t have any issues with breaking or falling off while sleeping. If you are already used to sleeping with your piercing, then yes it’s comfortable. If its a new piercing, it will likely be uncomfortable no matter the jewelry
