Great for seitan.
Brilliant for making seitan! Will make loads from a kilo. I just used 90 grams and some water plus flavouring and it made a whopping sized piece. Good value. Will be buying more!

Gets your dough very lively.
This is excellent when making bread using oatmeal flour which has very little gluten. You have to have also strong white or strong wholemeal flour too and add around 10g of vital wheat gluten for 500g of flour then either knead for 10 minutes or in a mixer with dough hook attachment for 10 minutes.

Homemade seitan
I use this to make seitan at home and found it works well. The bag is a bit awkward to reseal so I just fold it and use a bag clip. Have bought this several times as it is good value for money.
