Fantastic piece of kit, I am a wood carver, and this removes wood big time.

After a breif 30-40min fling carving and shaping some well seasoned elm, I've given up trying to use it as all points along its length are utterly dull. Initial material removal was good, the finish expectantly poor, however perhaps the timber was too much as it didn't seem to last long at all. The suggestion that it cuts all leaves a bit to be desired too as it performs poorly compared to rotary burr cutters. Absolutely abysmal performance on clear perspex too I feel like noting. Has been resigned to the 'probably never use again' section now with those sideways cutting drill bits that barely work and the tile cutting jigsaw blades that smash your tile to bits.

Best and favorite bit i've used for wood carving projects. Worth the money and has lasted a long time. very durable. Id buy it again.
