Daily One without Iron and with Florglo, 60 Count

This daily one vitamin is great. It will energize you it has all the Vitamin B's and you only take one capsul per day. It is also easy to sowalow.

No upset stomach like others have reported, but I do take them at night. I actually might start breaking them up and adding them into smoothies half at a time. I don't know why they put over 100% of fat-soluble vitamins in here. I think it's unnecessary, and whenever I take them I go over my Vitamin A, practically to the point of toxicity! I think people should use a tracker like cronometer to be fully aware of how much vitamins & minerals they get each day, because lots of foods & beverages are fortified nowadays. The coconut milk I drink every day already has 45% of my Vitamin A. Bottom line - I think it's important to be aware of what vitamins/minerals a person is lacking before purchasing a multivitamin. I spent good money for these vitamins, and I like them just fine, but I can only take them every other day (at most). Also, they're lacking in a few things like Vitamin K that I was surprised to learn I'm severely deficient in. So I should have been better informed before purchasing.

For Me these are the best one a day multivitamins. Good wholesome ingredients

I’ve taken this vitamin for over a decade (switching back and forth with Solgar). This brand is awesome: gives me energy, good vision, stamina, and strength (in my humble experience). I agree that due to its potency you should never take them on an empty stomach. Yet the last two times I’ve ordered them, they smell like sulfur or rotten eggs?!? But this time was much worse! Completely inedible. Expiration date 11/22. They used to smell like vitamin C and B.; you know that typical strong vitamin smell. I’m unable to return them so I lost $30+ Note that I very rarely return items. So I’m planing now to buy a fresh new bottle at a local vitamin shop to see if it might be temperature issue during transportation or simply new bad ingredients.

These vitamins have been working great, on my second 30 day supply. No after taste. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I have felt nauseaus for 2 or 3 days. Then I woke up in the middle of the night tonight vomiting. It tasted like vitamins. For some reason I got online to look at the reviews of this and sure enough I found other reviews stating the same thing: nausea & vomiting! I had just received and started taking these a few days ago. That is right when my stomach starting feeling icky. The taste in my mouth right now tastes minerally...and like vitamins. They must have built up in my system to a point where my body can no longer tolerate them. I only took the prescribed dosage each day. I have taken TwinLab vitamins before and they were great, but these are making me really sick. I will not be taking them anymore!!! am really disappointed because I was looking forward to taking a good solid vitamin/mineral...and I trusted this brand. I'm glad I didn't order the bottle of 180!!
