It works with enough hours
The stepper works with the A4988 driver board (given enough patience). I couldn’t get it to work on a L9110S driver or off GPIO on a pico. The motor is pretty loud, but has been reliable so far despite getting very hot (100 C -ish) when current is not cut off by disconnecting the a jumper between SLEEP and RESET with a transistor. From driver board to motor the correct connections are: 1B to A+ 1A to A- 2A to B+ 2B to B-. It’s a good hobbyist linear actuator.
