I have only had the chance to use it one time, but it was SOOOO worth the money spent (which was very reasonable). I used this for the first time a couple of days ago to shoot double header games for high school baseball and softball. I was back and forth between two fields A LOT and this harness did the job perfectly. It distributes the weight very nicely between my two cameras and lenses (Canon 7D II's with a 70-200 lens on one and a 150-600 lens on the other, so a LOT of weight). Walking with both cameras was not a problem with the straps adjusted correctly to keep the cameras from swinging to much and it was very comfortable to wear. Shooting was a breeze and flawless. Switching between cameras has never been easier with this harness. The part that attaches to the camera slides on the strap with ease. The harness seems to be pretty good quality, straps seem strong and the part that connects to the camera are good. It is very easy to put on, take off and make adjustments. I think the connections to the camera could be maybe a little sturdier (compared to another name brand), but they seem like they will hold up just fine. I really like the fact that the harness has a "safety" strap for each side in the event that the camera connection would happen to fail. This harness has definitely relieved some of the discomfort off my back with is a win.
