It comes with easy to apply label holders for each compartment, to help even the most cluttered office get and stay organized. Review: They are sturdy and easy to put together - I am a elementary school teacher. I bought 2 of these for the classroom because I could not risk a flimsy cardboard mailbox with a classroom full of 9 and 10 year olds. They are sturdy and easy to put together. You can put things like a printer on top without a problem. The plastic will chip or crack if the unit dropped so be careful when moving them (move one level at a time). The only problem I have is the kids will knock the clear plastic covering off the labels and lose them the labels drop off when they are getting their folders out of the mailbox. When this happens I type a new name label and glue it in place with Elmer's glue. Otherwise the product is nice.

The slots aren't completely solid on the bottom, but I don't have a problem with that. This is a great alternative to the heavy wood ones that I hear are flimsy (and more expensive).

I am a elementary school teacher. I bought 2 of these for the classroom because I could not risk a flimsy cardboard mailbox with a classroom full of 9 and 10 year olds. They are sturdy and easy to put together. You can put things like a printer on top without a problem. I purchased two of these in gray. The first one that arrived snapped together perfectly and looks fantastic. The 2nd one was warped and wouldn't fit together properly, so I exchanged it. Unfortunately the replacement was also warped and they were out of stock, so I had to just accept the defect. Amazon did discount my cost, but 2 out of the 3 I received were warped which are not great odds. If you're not in a hurry to use them, it worth the risk since Amazon has a good return policy. The perfect one really is much sturdier and nicer than any of the cardboard alternatives.
