Vague directions on how to pull the string mechanism and the grommet provided to secure net to the ceiling ripped and sent the whole thing down onto customers. Followed the crappy directions and it still didn’t work. When I pulled the line to drop the balloons it got caught up in the netting and the whole drop fell on our guests.
