Durable and easy

Study construction for sure. Little heavy on for pressure. I needed normally open contact and it didn't closer correctly ended up purchasing a different model for switch

stopped working, but EASY to fix
Shortly after wiring it up (using heavier wire than what they provided), it stopped working. It would turn on when I stepped on it, but then it wouldn't turn off. I removed the top cover (4 screws) and found the problem right away: when I released the pedal, the plate that pushes on the switch arm wasn't letting the arm move back down far enough. I loosened the two screws on the outside ends of the shaft and adjusted the position of the plate that pushes on the switch arm. The switch makes a clear "click" sound when it turns on or off, so it's easy to tell when the adjustment is right. Fully satisfied with the quality at its price point. No instructions, but the switch terminals are labelled (you'll need good lighting to read it).

Esactly what I was expecting
The porduct was an exact fit for what I was looking for the only thing I can't rate is duribility, although it appears strong I can't real.y tell until I put it to use.

Make sure you are ready to do wiring
Didn’t realize it had to be direct wired. Had to send back and get one with the cord attached.

Toss the wire it’s not heavy enough for 15 amp rating.
The pedal feels sturdy and the internal switch seems ok. But buyer beware. The switch is rated for 15 amps but the wire that comes with it is 16 gauge which is rated for 13 amps. Simple solution is buy some 12-14 gauge wire and toss the stuff it came with. I recommend you double check the amps you will be pushing through this thing before you wire it up. I’ll post an update once the 14 gauge wire I just ordered arrives and I get this pedal wired up to my table saw.
