This is the old fashion way of making ice cream. You can’t find it anywhere else. Do I order all mine. I love it.

Very good quality, tasted great, however I felt it was a little too expensive.

The details state that it yields quart, yet you only add a pint of liquid. That's only a pint. It's based upon using an old fashioned ice cream machine that mixes in a lot of air to increase the volume. I used a Ninja Creami, and each box will only make a pint. That's $5.20 plus the cost of the pint of milk/cream. That's more than a pint of premium ice cream when it's at regular price. I don't know what makes it worth the cost.

I have been using Junket to make homemade ice cream for years. It makes better, creamier ice cream than you can find in any ice cream parlor you can find. Just put the mix, cream and milk is a blender, mix till smooth, dump it into an ice cream maker (manual or electric. In 20-30 minute) and there you have it. My two favorite hits with the family is Chocolate Junket with chopped Andes Mint chunks and the other is Vanilla with Black Cherries (cut in half) and some of the syrup mixed in after the Ice Cream is made. Great flavor for an at home ice cream machine! Kind of expensive, but we bought for a gift. Makes a good flavor ice cream!
