I've been taking this for just about 2 weeks and for the first few days I only took 1 pill. I felt more energized but nothing like what shilajit should make you feel. So I did some research and found out that the recommended dose per day for shilajit is 300-500mg. These pills are only 200mg which means I was not even getting the lower end of the scale. After reading that and doing more research I started to double the dose to 2 pills every morning. I tell ya it's a night and day difference!! I can only take them in the morning because I'd never sleep otherwise. My energy, mood, outlook, body and emotional well-being have all improved. I've been in quarantine for 1+ being extremely high risk for covid-19 and it's really done a number of my mental health. Taking this feels like the cobwebs have been cleared and I don't have any mental fog whatsoever. Shilajit is an anti inflammatory and has dramatically reduced the arthritis pain in my knees. I was taking ibuprofen every night near daily for the pain and stiffness and I've stopped completely because my knees aren't throbbing in pain every night anymore. My whole body feels better it feels good and also feel.more present in my body. I'll add that I started taking this the week before my second covid-19 vaccine and since then the EXTREME fatigue has all but gone and it's only been a few days since I got it. Last time I was lethargic and barely functioning for a whole week. And the second dose is said to have more pronounced side effects. This is a complete game changer. Take 2 pills daily and I promise you won't regret it! I most certainly don't and will be buying it again! Note: these are thin and easy to swollow, which is great because they taste horrible. Just put them under your tongue until you can take a drink and your golden.

I've been using Shilajit almost daily for years. I have an order history of 37 orders with 11 different kinds/companies. In the last year, the quality has gone down considerably. The companies I used to use are gone, new ones take their place selling larger amounts at cheaper prices. I have tried two brands and sizes that honestly, seems to be one-part Shilljit to one-part honey. It's sold in a really dark heavy glass bottle. The color is off, the flavor is off, the smell is off, but the potential profit to an unscrupulous company is huge. However, WITH THESE dry drops it's clear it's the real thing. The tint of the tabs in water is correct. The flavor is correct; horrible. (I've grown to enjoy that flavor because my body knows what it gets from it.) At this time, these seem the best way to go, if you don't want to worry about getting something watered down or perhaps not pure. This substance is so condensed that even when watered down, the color is very very dark; until you add it to water. Don't buy watered down stuff. It's terrible that a bad company or two would prevent me from ordering anything more of that type, but this stuff is expensive, and I don't want to take a chance that the flavor and color and scent of the product being off, is a mistake on my part. Because, I don't think it is. But just because a product comes in dark brown heavy bottle, it does not mean it's bad. I only know that the two I ordered, I don't think were 100% real. These are real. I'd recommend them.

This product was great. It definitely improved my memory. The drops were small and had that earthy bitter taste which indicated its quality. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the description never indicated the amount per drop. It's 200mg. So l really had to take 2 per day making it a 2 month supply, not 4 months as advertised.

So far I have been liking these. Much easier to use, I just drop in my coffee and they melt pretty fast. I’ve been taking Shilajit for over a month now and I can truly attest it works for my energy level. Seems I am much more productive. The tablet form is much easier than the resin. The resin was just too sticky and a mess to use. I prefer these. I will definately be buying again.

I guess the item was as expected and the jobs are very small so it's convenient. It just absolutely tastes awful and hard to get through. I'm sure there's benefits and I'm glad it's in a pill and not in a jar

I've already bought my second pack, enough for another four months. It has many benefits when used regularly. For me, it regulated my triglyceride levels (previously they were always well above normal). What surprised me the most was that my libido returned. It also reduced stress and I experience less joint pain. There are certainly other benefits too, but I would need to have specific tests done to confirm them. Everyone has different needs, of course, but I can say with full confidence that the product description is accurate, as confirmed by my experience with this supplement. Additionally, it's easy to use; it's divided into portions, with each sheet containing a month's supply. I keep it in the refrigerator, which makes it easy to remove the tablets intact. I would have great difficulty using this in a jar with a tiny spoon. I don't think I would be able to divide it properly to last a month, and besides, I would have to wash the spoon every day. I highly recommend it.
