The sound quality is crystal clear, the noise cancelling doesn't block out all the noise but it takes away the static noise like a printer etc. Exactly what you'd want in an office setting. I've purchased at least 5 other headsets including wireless plantronics trying to find the right one. Nothing matches the audio or voice quality of this headset.
