This is a great bench and very sturdy! My husband and I both lift and needed a solid option for our home gym. This was a great surprise on just well built it is.

I’m very easy set up even without instructions. The wheels are a nice function. Definitely more effective than sit ups from the ground.

This took me awhile to put together because instructions are not super clear. I would say it’s not easy to assemble but if you have some patience it’s well worth it! It’s not a commercial bench as it’s a little wobbly however it did everything I need it to for a home gym. I’m happy with the purchase. The size is perfect and once it’s together it’s very comfortable to use if you can call any exercise comfortable 🤣

I have not used the bench yet, but it looks sturdy. My husband put it together within one hour. Everything was included, and there were no missing screws. I'm just waiting to put a pad under the bench before using it. Initially, I had planned to buy a used bench, but with the discount, this new item is of great value.

I'm 6'0 and 265lbs. I fit comfortably on this bench, and it is solid as a rock. Super simple to put together, and serves the purpose i bought it for (decline sit-ups). Easy to move with wheels on the bottom, and easy adjust incline. Highly recommend.

This decline bench is easy to put together and very sturdy. It is exactly what you would find at a commercial gym. I was worried about assembly since several reviews mentioned a missing item. My box had all parts and tools required for assembly. Assembly took about 40 minutes, but I took my time. Based on the construction quality and actual use of heavy duty steel, I anticipate it will last 10+ years of heavy use. The adjustments on the bottom allow you to adjust the height somewhat, but I would have loved that to have included rubber bumpers on the bottom. Not an issue for its current location (for me) which is carpeted, but you may want to pick up some peel and stick bumpers for the bottom from any local hardware store if you’re worried about scratches.

I confess to not putting this together, but partner says it was fairly straightforward, instructions clear and it took him about 30 minutes. This is the exact bench I have been searching for and it works GREAT. I was afraid it would be flimsy or poorly constructed based on reviews from earlier this year, but apparently the mfr has addressed all those concerns, because this is extremely sturdy and at the same time I can move it myself. I am 5'2" and partner is 6'4" We are both able to use this bench. Will advise in a month or so to see if i am still enthusiastic!

This is incorrectly built and probably bad for your back and posture. The bench has been built / welded crooked in several places including the arm sticking out of the top. I am a builder by trade. I put it together for my wife. Soon after, she starting complaining that it was crooked. As a quick resolution, and thinking it was probably my floors, I placed two wooden planks on one side and I told her I’d adjust it when I had the free time. Then when I finally got around to it, I could see with the naked eye and used a level at some points, that this bench was WAY OFF. After closer examination I could see the weld points are the issue. Doing a sit-up , you feel like your going to roll off one side. No matter which part of the room you place the bench. I want a full refund please.
