As far as chips go, these are almost guilt free at 6g fat, 125mg sodium, 0 cholesterol, 18g carbs, 0 added sugar, and 2g protein. There are 130 calories per serving They're not a big chip and not made for dipping, but I've enjoyed throwing a handful in my soup or chili instead of saltines. They're also a great sandwich side or a crunchy snack Because I like salty snacks, I appreciated the lower sodium content of these. They taste lightly salted but there's not too much sodium. Something else I noticed about these is how Not greasy they are! They're really light and oh so crispy! Every chip is crunchy! I got the 14oz bag and it's really surprising how big it is! That's value for money to me! These are delicious and worth a try! This is my first bag and I would definitely consider buying again 🎉
