Totally blown away for the quality of this pen!
I am VERY impressed. I love the pleasure and satisfaction of writing, inking and well... collecting fountain pens... I have like 34 being the Visconti Vertigo my top tier.... Yesterday I bought on Amazon for US$18 the "Hongdian 6013 Matte Black" with F Nib, just because the picture looked amazing and it is made of full metal... Never heard about the brand but the price was right... I am totally amazed by the quality!! It is truly on the $120 spectrum of brand-name pens! It is very very well made, heavy, solid, inviting to write.... The nib is surprisingly smooth, well aligned from every angle and the ink flow is flawless!!

Beautiful, writes well, all metal, kind of heavy
Okay, so I was really excited to try this pen out when it came. I met the guy at the door and probably concerned him with my excitement (to be fair, I'm usually away when my pens arrive). I used it right away, testing it out on a notebook that the North Dakota National Guard was handing out at an event (good quality paper for fountain pen writing, btw). Not a feather to be found anywhere. It did splat a little on the first quote, so I wrote out four more quotes to see if it repeated the splat. I think it was from the fact that it had just been filled, and I didn't completely wipe the excess ink after filling it. The surprising part was that while it did feather on the cheap cardstock from the dollar store, that feathering was surprisingly minimal. Overall, it writes well, it's beautiful, and it's all metal. If I had any sort of issue with it, it's that it is heavy. I bought it for myself, but it may be chosen as a gift for another some day because it's just a little heavier than I prefer my pens to be (though that remains to be seen as I use the ink up that's in it - Noodler's color Nightshade if anyone cares).

Great fountain pen
Very sleek, simple, and elegant. It writes smoothly, and it's very easy to clean.

Nice Weight, Nice Look, but with some minor flaws
I will talk about 1) package and delivery; 2) the good of this pen; 3) some minor flaws 1) Package and Delivery Well wrapped with bubble wraps. The case, as you can see, is a simple matte textual silver color metal box. The pen looks and feels so much nicer than the box that the box doesn't feel like the right match. But if this is the cost saving measure for giving me the awesome pen, then I say "please!" One star taken off for "Giftable" because of the case. 2) The Good of This Pen The actual product looks as advertised, and even feels as advertised. Beautiful and hefty describe it well. I got the one with "Fine Nip," which writes a bit too wide for my taste. But I really don't have much to say except praises, and too much praise would make me seem fake. I will therefore stop here. 3) Some Minor Flaws First of all, when I start writing and put the pen cap to the end of the pen, the cap doesn't stay firmly attached. It loosened up for a few times and I need to really force it tight. I wish the mechanism is done better. Then, the weight, although feels nice, can fall on the heavy side. I am an adult male with regular exercise routine, and this pen feels heavy by just a bit. This is especially true when I put the pen cap to the end, which gives the end of the pen more weight and makes it more uncomfortable to write. Admittedly, I can leave cap on the table and solve the issue. This is why I find it a minor flaw rather than something major.

Tactile and Heavy
My first fountain pen. I've been using 0.7mm Pilot G2s for the past two years. I inked this pen with Waterman Serenity Blue. The body is all metal, which makes it quite heavy to hold in your hand. Compared to the G2s, it writes much less smoothly, but with far less pressure. You don't have to push down on the pen at all, you just let it rest on the paper and write. The nib does dry out after being open for about 5 minutes. For this reason I mainly enjoy using the pen for longer tasks, such as writing notes in class. For work where I'm just picking up the pen to write a sentence or two, this really isn't practical for me. Ink capacity seems pretty good, it lasts for two weeks of math class, or about a week if I use it for all my writing. Finish and quality were both excellent. No scuffs in the paint or bends in the nib.

Nice but not versitle.
I like the weight. Feels good in the hand. The cap does not post. If you try it will pop off while writing.

Finally found a pen that writes consistently.
This pen is almost boring. As soon as it arrived, I filled it with Waterman Brown Ink. Blotted the excess off the nib and drew a line. Then some circles, swirls, my signature. The ink flow was perfect on the first stroke. The line weight does not vary. I rolled the pen to try different angles (even picked it up without my glasses and tried it upside down) and it was amazingly responsive. Tried some simple drawings too. So far, it doesn't skip either. Instantly my go-to pen. The pen has some heft to it, which I enjoy. The matte black titanium finish gives it a serious look. The EF nib is what I've been looking for, providing good control for drawing. Looking forward to seeing how it responds after a day or so of inactivity. Meanwhile, I will keep my Pilot Metro, Dryden Designs, Jinhao, Woodsworth & Black pens. Keeps me busy washing, refilling etc. ;)

Quality fountain pen!
Awesome tactile diamond pattern grip runs the length of the barrel. It feels like soft rubber and allows for a great feeling grip during use. The clip is spring loaded and has an architectural arch that feels expensive. This all metal pen has an embossed stylistic pattern of in place of a cap ring. The all matte black beauty is a monochromatic win! The EF nib I chose is fantastically smooth right out of the padded aluminum case the pen was delivered in. I like the classic shape that tapers to the end helping for a solid posting of the cap during use. Either posted or not, the pen presents very well balanced. It is substantially lighter when unposted, which is expected from an all metal pen. The included ink converter seats and seals securely and filled almost full on the first try. I would have expected this pen to sell for much more than what is charged!

Poor quality package from the company. Its not about seller.
Considering the price of the pen, the company has given a very cheap quality box and package. Nowhere the company name is mentioned. Not able to understand whether it's a genuine or fake product. The 1st impression is very poor.

I don’t write reviews often but this deserves it
This is a wonderful pen. The reasons I like it may be different from what other people are expecting so let me explain: I like a pen with a bit of weight to it and this is exactly right. I can actually feel I’m holding a weight and it is premium feeling. I’m a lefty with fine motor coordination difficulties and this pen works for me because there’s a little bit of resistance (feedback) from the paper and the ink flow is not too heavy so it doesn’t smudge (I’m using Waterman bottled ink). I love the aesthetic and the screw on lid. It posts beautifully too. The body has a little bit of a rubber textured design to it which I didn’t think I would like but now love. It makes holding it so much easier. Note: you can’t use standard ink cartridges but you can buy Hongdian cartridges here on Amazon. I’m using bottled ink which is more economical (I’m using a brown ink). And the provided converter is the best I’ve ever used. In short: for me it’s the perfect pen!

Excelente escritura
Escritura suave, buen peso. Le quito una estrella al parecer la rosca d la tapa es un aro de plástico pegado a ella y hay q tener cuidado, aunq hasta ahora, sin problemas

Not happy
I was expecting a better product. It came in a random metal gift box. Also no ink cartridge (I'd assume at least one should be with the peoduct) so I can't even test it to see its function. Below my expectations, was going to gift it but not anymore because it looks too random.
