I received 1 recorder with 1 recording setting only. After speaking with Amazon, they would not send a second one or the correct order I purchased. They would not replace, no gift card options for me to repurchase the correct ones which I'm very upset about. They'll only do a return. I purchased a $40 teddy bear the recorder didn't work so I needed these to comfort my baby while going through a domestic violence custody situation, with detectives involved, etc. I needed these for my child. So I ended up keeping the cheaper 1 recording verses what I paid for which costed more and 1 more recorder than I received.
