(2011 bmw 535i with 72kmiles)** A: I contacted liqui moly about that and they said they do not recommend mixing because of the metals in each of the additives ceratec should do the trick no need for other things **Q: Does this void engine warranty ?** A: Absolutely it does, for Volkswagen at least. They make it very clear that you MUST use only the approved oil with nothing else. The engines are designed very specifically and are highly stressed. They will only work right with the specified oil. **Q: How often can i use this product?** A: I use it every 4 or 5 oil changes if you drive a lot, if not then every 2 years is what I do **Q: is all you need to do is drain the oil, oil do u have to open up the oil pan?** A: So, the answer is no about the oil pan. Using factory drain plug, let all of the oil out. Replace oil filter. Refill with fresh oil. Add 1 can of treatment. Drive until next oil change. Next oil change just do a normal oil change. And so on. Then in 50,000 miles, use the additive again.
