This is a very solid nice cake stand. Turns very smoothly. Very fast and sometimes keeps spinning and you have to hold it in place to write on the tops of cakes. Lol but works great! Doesn't slide across surfaces. You do need to actually pick it up to move. Top notch product. You will also see all your fingerprints, but that means it's working!
